TAKE A CLOSER LOOK
The Mister Sandman kill was made for Fallout players on stealth builds. In the game, it’s accompanied by a silly sound effect and a rather morbid little animation. This limited-edition collectible is a replica of the latter, in mini statue form.
It depicts Vault Boy gleefully stabbing a sleeping person with a kitchen knife. From the looks of the victim, the knife’s already been through his chest at least once. The series is not called “Gruesome Deaths” for nothing.
That’s right, this mini statue is only the first of many. And it sets the tone for what’s yet to come.
Made in the style of Fallout’s bobbleheads, it strikes a balance between intricate details and a simplified cartoonish style.
This particular scene made an appearance in Vault-Tec’s agility training video, so it’s only appropriate for its mini statue to come in grayscale.
