Welcome to Yara, Jewel of the Carribean. Far Cry 6 takes place in a fictional island struggling to restore its former glory. Bright and colorful, it is a lawless frontier where the only rules are the ones you learn on the go.
EL PRESIDENTE
Dictator Anton Castillo believes that paradise comes at a cost - and not everyone deserves a place in it. In his campaign to restore Yara to prosperity, he has used violence, suppression, and forced labor. He is grooming his young son, Diego to become his successor.
LAS GUERRILLAS DE YARA
You play Dani Rojas, a local guerrilla who fights to liberate Yara from Anton Castillo’s grasp.
LOS AMIGOS
Far Cry 6’s animal companions are called Chorizo, the dachshund; Chicharron, the turkey; and Guapo, the crocodile. Collectively, they are your Amigos, or Fangs For Hire.

¡Cuidado! ¡Chorizo Picante! Make way for man’s best amigo! One of the first things you’d notice upon landing on Yara is that the streets are on fire. Don’t be scared of the angry mob. They’re your friends. In the thick of the protests, you will spot a wiener dog on wheels. On his back is a bag full of handy tools that are both ordinary… and revolutionary.

Libertad Chorizo Dog Bandana & Tag
Las Guerrillas De Yara, the island’s freedom fighters have a proverb: “A good guerrilla always brings a friend along.” So if you want to get on their good side, you might want to bring your (appropriately-dressed) pet with you. This bandana and tag combo features a graffiti version of the flag of Yara—a symbol of rebellion and dreams of freedom handcrafted by guerrillas.

Anton’s Flag Soft Enamel Pin
State-owned media would have you believe that El Presidente Anton Castillo is benevolent and just. Opinions vary, but his powerful charisma is not up for debate. You can even see it in the way he dresses. This is the pin he puts on his lapel. It’s a flag of Yara in his red, white and gold colors, with his lion crest replacing the star.
